  1. I have certainly experienced this myself. In my case, my roommate and I were dissatisfied with our cable provider. When I called and expressed my concerns, the cable provider not only fixed my issue but also gave us a free month and lower monthly bill. Their response to our issue kept us from leaving their company, which is good business in their case.
